About Claire
As a Masters-qualified therapist and Level 3 member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), I provide professional, spiritually sensitive, evidence-based support informed by a Christian worldview. My practice is built on the belief that emotional and spiritual health are inextricably linked, and I specialize in integrating faith and spirituality into holistic wellbeing plans to help clients find purpose and peace during life's most challenging seasons.
In addition to my private practice, I serve as a part-time Chaplain in aged care, where I support residents and their families in navigating grief, loss, and the spiritual dimensions of aging. This specialized experience allows me to offer unique depth to my work with individuals, couples, and adolescents.

My clinical approach is collaborative and compassionate, focusing on:
Individuals & Couples: Strengthening relationships and personal resilience by aligning therapeutic goals with core spiritual values.
Adolescents: Providing a safe, non-judgmental space for young people to explore their identity and purpose.
Spiritual Integration: Facilitating spiritual reflection into therapy for those who wish to draw on their faith as a primary resource for healing.
I am committed to helping you achieve a sense of wellbeing that honours both your mental health and all that you value.
